| Where I started Fine Art Photography |
| I
started my career within the high value Fine Art photography market, namely
with Prudence Cummings Associates, Dover Street, London W1 and thereafter
at A.C. Coopers Ltd Bond St, London W1, which is the oldest established
fine art photography company in Europe. As Senior Fine Art Photographer I ran the Oxford Circus Studio catering for many of the top antique dealers in New and Old Bond Street. I also undertook assignments for the leading auction houses, Sotheby’s, Phillip’s and Christie’s, rising to the pinnacle of my career at A.C. Coopers photographing the Crown Jewels as Fine Art Photographer’s to Her Majesty The Queen. |

| I was later employed by Christie’s South Kensington to set up the in-house photographic facilities, which quickly followed with the installation of the two other Christie’s sites. I was responsible for developing the Christie’s photographic style/brand of high quality catalogue imagery, implementing high end digital photography within the London studios and producing substantial savings in consumables. |

|
I was awarded Associated Directorship in 1999 and promoted to Head of London
Photography in 2000, managing in house photographer’s and pre press
staff throughout Christie’s three London sites. I was responsible
for colour/asset management control with in depth knowledge of the digital
photography process from capture to plate. During this time I was responsible
for supplying in excess of 65,000 digital images per year for Christie’s
catalogues, web site, lot finder and Christie’s Image Archives. I now specialise in large digitisation projects with an emphasis on correct and safe art handling and consistent capture over large volumes for multi-media output requirements. |
